Our cafe is open 7 days a week.

• Monday       9am- 4pm
• Tuesday       9am- 4pm
• Wednesday 9am- 4pm
• Thursday     9am- 4pm
• Friday          9am- 4pm
• Saturday      9am- 4pm
• Sunday         9am- 4pm

Food is served throughout the day with a continually changing menu depending on the food we have intercepted. We cannot guarantee a dally menu but that’s what part of what makes us unique and keeps things interesting.

Along with our continually changing food menu we serve a variety of different hot drinks and cakes which also works on our PAYF concepts.

The bistro is open 3 evenings a week
and we hold 2 sittings

Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 
6pm - 8pm & 8pm – 10pm

The Best Before Bistro opened it doors at the end of 2015.
The concept of the bistro is to give our local community a restaurant experience while highlighting the absurdity that we could compete at the same level with zero food costs, as well as giving access to people that could not dine with us during the day to experience the concept.
The Best Before Bistro also operates on the pay as you feel concept and we allow customers to bring their own bottle.

Our Food Boutique is open 7 days a week

• Monday - Wednesday: 9am-6pm
• Thursday - Saturday: 9am – 10pm
• Sunday 9am-4pm

Our Food Boutique is a unique shopping experience, which allows community access to intercepted food on a PAYF basis encouraging and educating people on food waste.  

No referrals are needed and everyone is welcome to take what they need. We intercept a wide variety of perfectly editable food from tinned and stored cupboard items to bread, fresh fruits and vegetables.

So please feel free to pop in when we are open.
